Advance Engineering & Construction provides the U.S. Government with recurring Industrial Process Waste (IPW) cleaning services under a multi-year contract. The project involves over 280 task line items totaling 5,600+ cleanings annually, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across base operations.

AEC’s proprietary software platform, developed specifically for the IPW program tracks, schedules, and documents each cleaning activity in real time, improving visibility and coordination for government stakeholders.

Our Process

AEC’s operations are built on continuous improvement and proven procedures:

• Developed standardized cleaning procedures and documentation for all 280 task line items.
• Coordinate scheduling with facility supervisors to minimize production impact.
• Perform pre-cleaning reviews for chemical or hazard updates, validated by AEC’s Safety and Quality Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and environmental standards.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance inspections by team leads and project management after every cleaning.
